09 Aug 2018
A number of works of visual artists from the Republic of Moldova, Switzerland, Italy, France, the Russian Federation, Romania and Ukraine were exhibited from 3 to 8 August at ‘Orheiul Vechi’ Museum Complex in Butuceni, Orhei, within an art symposium, organized by ‘Artelit’ Cultural Center in partnership with ‘Serghei Lunchevici’ National Philharmonic and with the support of Mobiasbanca.
The event was attended by visual artists from 7 countries who discussed the issues such as the safeguarding of heritage, modern trends in art, and organized book releases and workshops.
As part of the project, a library and a folk-art museum were opened in Butuceni.
“For Mobiasbanca it has become a tradition to support art and visual artists, to highlight genuine works of art and to develop social projects with social impact. We believe in art and its strength to make things more beautiful for our country”, Viorica Tudos, Head of Communication and Quality Department of Mobiasbanca, said.
