The "Service Excellence" award, offered by the Mastercard International Payment Company, has found its well-deserved place alongside OTP Bank S.A.'s other trophies and distinctions.
The partnership between OTP Bank and Mastercard has brought numerous promotional campaigns and prizes for the bank's cardholders, namely Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World Elite. Obtaining this distinction was possible thanks to the structure of the portfolio of clients, holders of Mastercard cards from OTP Bank S.A., being one of the most prestigious at national level.

At the same time, in 2021, the same institution awarded us the "Premium Care" trophy for bringing "non-cash" services and increasing their quality to a significantly higher level on the market.
