How do I connect to Business Internet Banking?

The high security
The security of your transactions and your information is a top priority for the Bank, that's why Business Internet Banking (BIB) ensures:
 
Encrypted data exchange
Transmission of information between CB”Mobiasbancă – Groupe Societe Generale” S.A. and BIB service users is encrypted using SSL security technology (Secure Socket Layer).
 
Secure Authentication
Identification of users by access codes: User code, password, one-time passwords (OTP) and the Token PIN code.
 
Token
Is an electronic device / application installed on the portable user’s device that generates one-time passwords (OTP) for access and authorization of transactions performed through the BIB service.
 
One-time Password (OTP)
Is a password valid for a short period of time (60 sec) that can be used only once. Whenever you need to log in or validate a transaction, you will generate a new OTP. Access to the service is restricted after 5 failed login attempts.
 
Automatic session termination
The service session will be disconnect automatically after a short period of inactivity (30 min).
 
To use the Business Internet Banking service in a high safety mode, Mobiasbanca recommends:
 
  • Access Business Internet Banking by entering URL business.mobiasbanca.md in a special browser field;
  • Always check that:

        - "lock" icon is displayed on the top right / left side of the browser page. Accessing the "lock" icon allows you to check the authenticity of the service's web page (that you are on the official page of the service and not on a cloned one by a villain). The window that opens after pressing this icon must show the following - business.mobiasbanca.md and nothing else;

        - The URL has to begin with https: // (please add the letter "s" after http).

  • Use the BIB service on your personal computer with constantly updated operating system and antivirus software;
  • Be careful when using a public computer (internet cafes, educational institutions, airports, etc.) to perform transactions, and never respond to the messages requesting you to save the access codes;
  • Never write the access codes anywhere (user code, access password, and token PIN) and never save them on your computer;
  • Change the access codes (access password and token PIN) frequently and indicate a different one from the last used. The Bank advises you to change the access codes at least twice a year;
  • If you suspect that someone else has access to your password, you should change it immediately;
  • If suspicious transactions are detected, inform the bank immediately;
  • Never respond to web messages / phone calls requesting personal or financial information, which apparently would be on behalf of the Bank or other institution. The Bank will never send, under any pretext, web / email / telephone error messages requesting confidential access to the BIB service. Should such a case arise, notify the Bank immediately;
  • Never leave your computer unattended when it is connected to the BIB service;
  • Click the "exit" button and close the browser at the end of the BIB work session.
Business Internet Banking Support Service
The technical and informational support within the Business Internet Banking service is provided by the BIB.Support service from Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30. 
 
Assistance is offered in such areas as:
 
  • usage of the Token (device and application);
  • blocking a User’s or Token’s access*
  • unblocking a User’s or Token’s access;
  • unlocking the signature right;
  • generating (additional) Access Password;
  • using of Business Internet Banking service;
  • request for information related to user settings;
  • data modification request related to the manager of the service within the company.
