Annually, OTP Bank recognizes the performance of colleagues in the Retail field, those who ensure one of the bank’s key functions – supporting customers in obtaining the products they need.
Retail Team's Day, in its eighth edition this year, took place in the atmosphere of celebration and recognition of cooperation skills and creation of business opportunities.
For outstanding performance in 2023, the bank's management awarded diplomas of honor to retail teams of:
- Branch no. 9 "Center"
- Branch no. 10 "Cahul"
- Branch No. 13 "Orhei"
- Branch no. 37 "Tudor Vladimirescu"Retail Banking Division colleagues who distinguished themselves were: Victoria Cucinic, Olga Costeaev, Cristian Bolduma, Tatiana Țibulskaia, Magdalena Buldumac, Roman Maidanschi, Valeriu Alexandrov, Diana Donea.
The President of the Executive Committee – CEO, Bogdan Spuză emphasized the distinctive qualities and strengths of the Retail Banking Division, highlighting the resilience and motivation of the teams in the network to achieve set objectives. Mr. Spuză expressed confidence in the potential of the team to surpass its performance in the coming year.
Petru Delinschi, Vice President of the Executive Committee, Retail Banking Commercial Director presented the results for 2023, current challenges and future projects, outlining a successful approach: "In Retail, the exercise of perception of reality is a particularly important one. I am a believer in the idea that each of us has the right to choose our way of tackling challenges: we can treat them as problems and embark on energy and time-consuming activities to confront them, or we can perceive them as opportunities. This will give us more perspective on positively influencing the situation, we can turn challenges into an element favorable to obtaining the performances we aim for. In this sense, I want to congratulate my colleagues for the exceptional results achieved in 2023 and encourage them to see opportunities in every challenge".
During the event, more than 90 participants discussed with the management the objectives of 2024, and reiterated the commitment to surpass them. We wish them success!
