We inform you that by the decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, the status of primary dealer of OTP Bank S.A. has been restored

Thus, starting with May 11, 2026, OTP Bank S.A. will be able to fully carry out the activities related to the status of primary dealer on the state securities market, both on the primary and secondary markets, will be able to receive purchase orders from clients at SS sale auctions and will be able to conclude new contracts with clients.
